Thanks to the help of an awesome customer, Version 4 of the MP Wide 300 will have one-touch ejection! For the longest, this had been a dealbreaker for many who do not trust their manual timing of the film ejection.
Also aiming to add an on/off switch to V4. With this, the mod will be nearly complete and only missing some form of cable release holder, ideally integrated into the handle. That one may have to wait for a potential V5 as I don’t have many spare cameras to prototype with at the moment.
In the pipeline as separate items: A Mamiya Press mount pinhole lens, as well as a Wide 300 mount pinhole lens. These will be available separately, or included with a modded body. I am also experimenting with placing the lens elements from the stock Instax Wide 300 into the Seikosha shutter to make use of Press lenses that may have very poor optics.
