LENS COMPATIBILITY:

  • Mamiya Press: Any Press lens will mount, but each lens will have varying coverage and vignetting. The 75mm f/5.6 is the onIy Mamiya Press lens that provides full coverage on the Instax Wide 300. The rear lens element of the 127mm f/4.7 sits too far from the film plane and gets clipped by the inside of the camera body. Untested with 150mm and 250mm lenses. For those who don’t mind slight vignetting, I personally recommend the 90mm f/3.5 as it is generally the least expensive for its compact size and the chrome nicely complements the silver trim of the Wide 300 body. I also recommend the 100mm f/3.5 chrome or black version depending on your tastes. However, the 75mm is typically the best value and my favorite for this format.
  • Polaroid 600SE: The 75mm f/5.6 is the onIy 600SE lens that provides full coverage on the Instax Wide 300. The rear lens element of the 127mm f/4.7 sits too far from the film plane and gets clipped by the inside of the camera body at a few apertures and focus distances. Untested with 150mm lenses.
